I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. After I finished high school I moved to Idaho and attended BYU-Idaho where I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. I recently graduated from Endicott College with a master's degree in Social-Emotional Learning! I taught 4th grade for four years in Utah and this will be my second year teaching 4th grade here at your school. I love being a teacher!Â
I have two dogs named Moose & Parker. Together we enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hiking, camping, riding horseback, swimming, sports (especially soccer), and spending time with family and friends!
There is no grade quite like 4th grade! I have a passion for learning, curiosity, wellness, and having fun! In our classroom we use Growth Mindset, Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Self-Regulation, Restorative Practices, and lots of other Social-Emotional Learning tools. These tools will help us create a classroom environment where all of us feel safe, valued, loved, and able to learn as a community!
